Nightlife Security LLC – Refund Policy

At Nightlife Security LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and professional security services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Deposits

  • All deposits made to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Deposits guarantee the reservation of personnel, scheduling, and operational preparation.

2. Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before scheduled service: Clients may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Within 72 hours of scheduled service: No refunds will be issued due to staffing commitments and scheduling costs.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds will be provided.

3. Service Modifications

  • Requests to modify service dates, times, or scope must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but adjustments are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

4. Client Dissatisfaction

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be prorated based on the portion of services deemed unsatisfactory.

5. Failure to Perform

  • In the unlikely event that Nightlife Security LLC is unable to provide contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the situation.

6. Payment Disputes

  • Clients agree to contact Nightlife Security LLC directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees or legal action.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Force Majeure

  • Nightlife Security LLC is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated individually.

9. Policy Updates

  • Nightlife Security LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting or distribution.
